We are skilled at creating verbatim transcripts of judicial proceedings, presenting clients with an accurate record prepared in a timely fashion.  Our Certified Verbatim Reporters (CVRs) cover legal proceedings in the courtroom, at an attorney’s office, or at our own deposition room in Fairfax.  Besides legal proceedings, we cover speeches, business meetings, conventions, government hearings, or any other events requiring an accurate written record.

Transcription Services

Our capable staff is trained to provide verbatim or edited transcriptions of a variety of media and video materials.  Media transcriptions are a growing form of transcription services, and one that most reporting firms do not provide.  Whether your organization requires a transcription of a recorded deposition or national news program, we have the skills to help. 

We offer keyword indexing services of all captured text to allow for keyword searching, an invaluable timesaving tool for organization, search, and retrieval of important information.  We also can provide:
